What to Expect
Performance Mindset coaching sessions are based on each client’s needs, goals, strengths, and weaknesses. This interactive coaching process provides a functional road map to developing confidence, resilience, and emotional stability. Awareness and self-reflection are the first steps in developing a Performance Mindset. From there, coach and client work together to identify limiting beliefs, unhelpful self-talk, and default thought patterns. Weekly coaching and daily practices allow for ongoing development of mental skills such as focus, motivation, and time orientation.
